Our FounderArxhent Xhelili

I've seen business from both sides.

From shaping strategies in the boardroom to making them work on the frontline.

I've helped bring major stadiums to life, shape customer experiences for international brands, and develop cultures, values and employer propositions that move businesses forward.

I've also led operations, where decisions have real consequences for people, customers and performance.

One thing I've learnt: even the best strategy means nothing if people can't make it happen.

That's why I founded ByIntent. To bring the thinking and the doing closer together.

Because the best work doesn't end with a presentation. It's where it begins.
